Luke Partington (Glenelg) v Patrick Wilson (Adelaide)
Partington managed to edge out Wilson in the Magarey and Shearman Medal counts during the week, can he do the same at Adelaide Oval on Sunday? The 2019 Magarey Medal winner was forced to fight through a tight tag from Port captain Cam Sutcliffe in the 2nd Semi-Final but may not get the same level of direct attention today. Adelaide will look to back in Wilson, who has been proficient at winning clearances throughout the season while also racking up a team-high 27 disposals and 12 marks in the 1st Semi-Final win against Norwood.

Jesse White (Glenelg) v Kieran Strachan (Adelaide)
White was Glenelg’s best player in the 2nd Semi-Final, making his presence felt in the centre square and at ground level en route to finishing with 21 disposals, eight clearances and 21 hit outs. On Sunday, he will face a promising young opponent in Strachan, who should be better for the run in the 1st Semi-Final after missing the Qualifying Final with concussion. Both players have neat skills by foot to hit up their team-mates on the lead while also possessing clean hands in the air. And watch for their ability to palm the ball at stoppages.

Will Gould (Glenelg) v Darcy Fogarty (Adelaide)
The two Lucindale products stood each other in Round 15 and there’s every chance the power-packed match-up could eventuate on Sunday. While Fogarty is older than Gould, they did play together in the South-East before joining the Tigers’ junior program. Fogarty will look to use his explosive power on the lead, forcing Gould to keep pace with him to get a spoil in. On the flip side, Gould will look to provide plenty of rebound with his long kicks, forcing Fogarty to remain accountable once the ball gets turned over inside the Crows’ attacking 50m arc.
