Access to or use of SANFL App signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this licence agreement and all other applicable terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not access or use SANFL App.
You don’t own your copy of SANFL App. By downloading SANFL App you acquire a licence to use it. You may be required to download different versions of SANFL App for different Devices.
SANFL grants to you a non-transferable license to use SANFL App on any mobile phone, tablet, iOS, Android or other device that supports SANFL App (“Device”), that you own or control. In respect of Apple Devices, your use is limited to that permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in Section 9.b. of the App Store Terms and Conditions (the “Usage Rules”). This license does not allow you to use SANFL App on any Device that you do not own or control. The terms of the license will govern any upgrades provided by SANFL that replace and/or supplement the original SANFL App, unless that upgrade is accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that upgraded license will apply.
Without obtaining SANFL’s prior written permission, you must not, in regard to SANFL App:
Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of SANFL. If you carry out a prohibited action you may be subject to prosecution and damages.
You agree not to use the Services in any manner to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party, and that SANFL is not in any way responsible for any such use by you, nor for any harassing, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal messages or transmissions that you may receive as a result of using SANFL.
We make every effort to maintain the security of our platform. However, we do not guarantee the security of our systems, our records or your data.
Continuous access to the SANFL App is dependent on third party services and requires network connectivity and location services to function. Poor signal quality due to your location or service provider may slow down or prevent audio, video and other functions from working at optimum speed, or at all. If you have concerns regarding the quality of your signal strength, please contact your network service provider directly.
Due to dependence on third party services, SANFL App may be inaccessible from time to time.
SANFL disclaims all liability for any computer virus or technological problems that were not intentionally caused by it or are beyond SANFL’s control. You are encouraged to install and maintain up-to-date security software on your devices.
SANFL may update this App at any time and notify you of changes. You may not have full accessibility if you do not download the latest updates. SANFL, and its licensors, reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any online services at any time without notice. In no event will SANFL be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to our online services. SANFL may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain online services, in any case and without notice or liability.
This license is effective until terminated by you or SANFL. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from SANFL if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of the license, you must stop using SANFL App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of SANFL App.

Updates to the Official SANFL App may automatically add or remove capabilities.
SANFL online services intended for use by persons of any age. You agree to use our online services at your own risk, and to appropriately supervise the use of our online services by any person under the age of 18 years who is in your care.
Video content and audio commentary are licensed to SANFL. The views and opinions expressed in licensed content are those of the individuals involved and do not necessarily reflect the views or position or SANFL.
From time to time, SANFL may have articles, advice, blogs, columns and other content contributed by third parties (‘Contributed Content’). This is provided on an “as is” and “as available basis”. You must exercise your own judgment to determine the appropriateness or accuracy of this Contributed Content.

Waiver – Any time or other indulgence granted by SANFL to you will not in any way amount to a waiver of any of SANFL’s rights or remedies.
Assignment – You must not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer your rights under these terms and conditions.
Notice – You may provide notice to SANFL through the contact us page https://sanfl.frmdv.com/contact or otherwise by email addressed to admin@sanfl.frmdv.com. We may provide notice to you via email or other electronic means.
Governing Law – This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of South Australia, Australia. You agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia if there is a serious dispute between us.
Validity – If any of these terms and conditions are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the terms and conditions will continue in effect
Authorised use – Use of SANFL App is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms of use, including without limitation this paragraph. If you are resident in a jurisdiction where the use of SANFL App is unauthorised, it is your responsibility to stop using it.
