Port Adelaide’s Sam Hayes has accepted a reprimand with an early guilty plea for engaging in rough conduct with Sturt’s Steven Slimming at Wigan Oval on Saturday.

The Round 17 Powerade Breakthrough Player is Woodville-West Torrens’ Will Pearce.

Originally from Paskeville on the Yorke Peninsula, Pearce was a constant forward threat for the Eagles against Adelaide on Sunday.

The 19-year-old collected 14 disposals and five marks, including two contested. Pearce also hit the scoreboard with two goals while registering 10 score involvements.
