Round 3 SANFL Match Review Panel

North Adelaide forward Keenan Ramsey has successfully challenged a two-match ban for a dangerous tackle on Glenelg’s Luke Parks at ACH Group Stadium on Saturday.

Ramsey argued that contact was made to Parks’ body, not his head.

The SANFL Tribunal – chaired by Ian White – was in agreement, declaring it could not judge beyond reasonable doubt that forceful contact was made to Parks’ head.

It also took into account Parks was able to take his free kick and play the rest of the match as well as not lodging an adverse medical report.

Ramsey will be available to face the Eagles in Round 4 on Saturday.
