Torrens University SA U18 captain Adam D’Aloia has underlined his credentials after a stunning AFL National Championships campaign netted him two awards on Wednesday night.

The Woodville-West Torrens midfielder not only took home the John Halbert Medal as SA’s MVP but also the side’s Team First Player’s Player Award.

Expected to be in the mix for selection in the 2022 AFL Draft, D’Aloia was also judged best afield in SA’s two-point loss to Victoria Country in Game 2.

North Adelaide defender Shaun Bennier, who was often thrown into attack to provide a spark, was handed the Ron Coleman Best Team Man Award.

Central District backman Will McCabe received the Norm Grimm Medal as MVP for the victorious Torrens University SA U16 team at the 2022 AFL National Championships.

Glenelg midfielder Lucas Camporeale won the Ron Coleman Award as Best Team Man for the U16s while North Adelaide’s Louie Montgomery claimed the Dr Henry Kneebone Achivement Award for displaying coachability and leadership.
